501C3 APPLICATION ASSISTANCE Starting at $800 per organization
IRS Form 1023 is the main document required by the federal government for your organization to be granted tax-exempt status. The application itself is 12 pages long, and includes an additional 18+ pages of schedules, additional notes, and attachments. When filing, you will also need to include copies of your signed formation documents, Bylaws, EIN, and a user fee of either $275, $400 or $850 depending on your projected annual revenue. Together, all of these items make up your 501c3 application packet to be filed with the IRS.
Note: This package as a stand-alone item is reserved for an organization that has already been formed. However, it is already included in the premium start up package
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Review of your existing formation documents for the appropriate 501c3 clauses required by the IRS.
Creation of a set of bylaws and conflict of interest policy, and obtain your EIN (if applicable)
Preparing Form 1023, including all narratives, budget projections, schedules, and additional notes.
Handling of any follow-up correspondence with the IRS — until you have received your successful letter of determination.
Documents will be completed within 2 weeks after submission of all requested material. However, it may take up to 6 months for final IRS approval.
